Mr. Gallardo is also the international award winning resident designer for Ballet Biarritz in France and Ballet Florida. He gained international acclaim designing for numerous premier dance companies throughout the world including American Ballet Theater, Alvin Ailey Dance Company, Royal Swedish Ballet, San Francisco Ballet, Ballet De Nancy, Munich Opera Ballet Company, Maximum, Dayton Contemporary Dance Theater and Miami City Ballet.

Recipient of the “Best Set Design of the Year Award” in Caracas Venezuela 1995. Mr. Gallardo has a M.A. degree in Fine Arts from University of Chile, Santiago Chile.
